1. Authorized Access Nodes

To facilitate the Alpha launch of the CINEXA+ ecosystem, H.E.M. Group utilizes physical and digital "Access Nodes" (Vouchers). Users in possession of an authorized physical credential agree to participate in our platform stabilization phase under the specific tier granted by said credential.

Usage of an authorized access node grants Premium Tier status. This status is temporary and may be modified or revoked upon the platform's transition to full commercial availability (Beta v3).

2. Compliance & Age Verification

Users must be 13+ (US/COPPA) or the legal age of digital consent in their jurisdiction (UK/Nigeria). CINEXA+ is a movie recommendation service; we do not host unauthorized files. All metadata is proprietary.

3. Video Privacy (VPPA)

By activating a credential, you consent to CINEXA+ tracking your movie preferences to build your "Cine-Profile." This data is encrypted and never shared with third parties without secondary node authorization.

4. Account Restrictions

Credentials provided physically are for single-user registration. Sharing an account initialized with a restricted node across more than two (2) distinct IP addresses may result in automated node termination. H.E.M. Group reserves the right to reset all Alpha accounts at its discretion.
